Digital Immediate Complete Denture for a Patient with Rhabdomyosarcoma: A Clinical Report

Fabricating an immediate complete denture can be very challenging in some clinical situations. This report describes a digital workflow to fabricate printed maxillary for patient with severely compromised maxilla. Digital data obtained by using intraoral scanner was utilized reconstruct the three-dimensional (3D) image of jaws at desirable vertical dimension occlusion. After performing virtual teeth extraction and alveoloplasty, base were designed. The resulting exported 3D printer fabrication (additively manufactured) successfully inserted immediately after surgery. initial healing confirmation good retention function, new fabricated digitally duplicating relined maintaining same positions but adjusting scan healed ridge.
